Announcements!
The campus is closed from May 28, 2021-June 7, 2021. Summer office hours begin on June 8 ,2021 from 8:00 am-1:00 pm daily. We will be closed Monday, July 5, 2021 in observance of Independence Day holiday.
Summer school will run from July 1-July 22, 2021 on Mondays-Thursdays from 8:30-11:30 am daily if you have been selected to participate in summer school this year. July 1 will be an abbreviated day for meet and greet (more information to come). There will be no school on Monday, July 5, 2021 in observance of Independence Day Holiday.

HAW is committed to providing a vigorous learning environment where all students will be challenged and encouraged to reach their potential. We are a free, public charter school serving Pre-K through Fifth Grade students in Albuquerque, NM.
Our Learning Model
Horizon Academy West welcomes our students for the 2021-2022 school year. Our campus is open for in-person learning following the guidelines from the NM PED and NM Department of Health. We maintain a safe and secure environment for our students, staff, and community.
