How Can I Help?

Families play an integral role planning school activities and events and supporting the work done in the classroom and after-school. In 2005, Horizon Academy West established a new administrative unit, the Office of Family and Community Engagement (FCE), to serve the needs of all families. Through its work, the FCE office seeks to bring together family, school, and community in order to create coherent and supportive environments for young people. We encourage our families to support the activities and events that have become traditions at HAW and to create new ones that are soon to be traditional.
